1. What areas does the service cover?
Our service operates throughout Vermilion, Ford, and Iroquois Counties, connecting towns, villages, and key destinations such as medical facilities, shopping centers, and government offices. For specific routes contact customer service.
2. How do I schedule a ride?
Riders can schedule a ride by:

3. What are the operating hours?

4. How much does a ride cost?

Standard fare: $7 per trip

5. Can I bring a companion or personal care attendant?
Yes. Riders who require assistance may bring one companion or personal care attendant at no additional charge. Please notify us when scheduling.
6. Are wheelchairs or mobility devices accommodated?
Absolutely. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible, and drivers are trained to assist riders with mobility devices.
7. What items can I bring on the bus?

8. How do I cancel or change my ride?
Call us at 217/443-2287 ext. 2 at least 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Cancellations outside this window may be subject to a no-show policy.
9. What if my ride is late?
Drivers may be delayed due to traffic or weather. If your ride has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, call our dispatch office.
10. Can I schedule regular, recurring trips?
Yes! Riders can set up recurring trips for work, medical appointments, or school. Contact our scheduling team to set this up.
